Zach Zilm Jr. is entering his first season with the Raiders as a Player Personnel Assistant. Prior to his time in the Silver and Black, Zilm worked one season as the Assistant Director of Player Personnel and the prior two seasons as a Recruiting Assistant at Wisconsin. In addition, he spent one season at Western Illinois University as an Offensive Quality Control Coach and Assistant Pro Liaison. Zilm began his journey in football as the QB Coach at his alma mater, Madison East High School (WI). He is the son of Zach and Danielle Zilm, and has one sister, Aliya.
