Biography
Woods, a second-year defensive back, joins the Silver and Black after a 2024 season where he spent time on the practice squads of the Philadelphia Eagles and Chicago Bears. The 6-2, 195-pound safety entered the NFL as a third-round pick (79th overall) by the Los Angeles Chargers in the 2022 NFL Draft, and since then has played in 13 career games (one start) – all with the Chargers, totaling eight tackles (seven solo).
