Biography
Spencer Burford, a 6-foot-4, 300-pound offensive lineman, joins the Raiders after spending the first four seasons of his career with the San Francisco 49ers. Originally a fourth-round selection (134th overall) by San Francisco in the 2022 NFL Draft, he has appeared in 56 games with 38 starts during his career. Â He started 29 games over his first two seasons in the NFL and most recently started nine games at left guard in 2025.
A native of San Antonio, Texas, Burford appeared in 45 games with 43 starts in four years (2018-21) at Texas-San Antonio. He helped UTSA to a 12-2 record and Conference USA title as a senior in 2021 and was a three-time All-Conference USA selection during his collegiate career.
