Women's History Month

Celebrating Women's History Month

During March, we proudly recognize Women's History Month, a time to celebrate the achievements, leadership, and lasting contributions of women throughout history, within our organization, and in our communities.

This year's theme, "Leading the Change: Women Shaping a Sustainable Future," highlights the important role women play in driving progress, championing innovation, and creating meaningful impact across industries and communities.

Women's History Month is an opportunity to recognize the impact women have made and to reaffirm the importance of continuing to create pathways for growth, leadership, and representation. We are proud to celebrate the women who continue to lead the change.

Football Development

Girls Flag Football

The Raiders foster the growth of girls' flag football year‑round through leagues, camps, development events, and leadership opportunities. Introductory programs build skills in a supportive environment, while competitive platforms elevate high school participation and recognize top athletes. Pathway initiatives also create opportunities for girls to continue developing their abilities and leadership as they advance toward higher levels of the sport.
