Tom Flores Coach of the Week
The Tom Flores High School Coach of the Week program promotes high school flag football, giving coaches and teams the recognition that they deserve. Each recipient will be awarded a $1,000 donation to the flag football program from The Las Vegas Raiders and the NFL Foundation.
Most Outstanding Performer
In addition to the Tom Flores High School Flag Coach of the Week program, the winning team will have a player recognized each work as the Most Outstanding Performer of the game.
Raiders 11-ON Flag
Raiders 11-ON Flag is a High School Team event that will incorporate a 7-on-7 tournament. In addition, athletes will compete in challenges such as longest throw, fast woman competition and strong woman competitions. Also, 11-ON Flag will focus elements of skill-building, training and character development. Most of all, it's meant to be a team-building opportunity to make high school flag football teams better on and off the field.
High School Showcase
The Raiders will be highlighting and celebrating local high school flag football teams at games throughout the high school flag season. Working with Intermountain Health the Raiders will bring out representatives from the organization such as Raiders Alumni and Raiderettes to help show their support.
State Championships
To conclude the high school football season the Raiders host the NIAA State Football Championships at Allegiant Stadium where teams are crowned State Champions.
Inspire
A flagship initiative for Raiders Football Development, INSPIRE is aimed to empower young female athletes and promote the continued growth of girls' flag football. Participants compete in combine testing, team drills, and competitive play while connecting directly with college scouts from NCAA and NAIA programs and representatives from the USA Football National Team.
Utah Girls Flag Football
The Las Vegas Raiders are proud to support the expansion of Girls' Flag Football in Utah, helping elevate the sport as it moves toward official sanctioning. By encouraging participation and raising awareness among young athletes and their families, the Raiders are creating new opportunities for girls to compete, lead, and thrive on and off the field.
