In collaboration with Impact Player of the Week, the ELITE Academy is a 20‑session development program designed to support student‑athletes both on and off the field. The program runs from August through April and includes an orientation and graduation experience.

Open to high school juniors, ELITE Academy focuses on building athletic skills, game knowledge, as well as personal and professional development. Sessions are delivered through a combination of virtual and in‑person experiences, providing flexibility while fostering meaningful connection and growth.
