The Oakland Raiders completed their first practice back at the Alameda, Calif., facility on Saturday, after their trip to Green Bay. Head Coach Jack Del Rio spoke with media members after practice and was pleased with today's work.

Here are the quick hits from his time at the podium:

Del Rio was content after today's practice and plans to ease the team into regular season practices this week.

"Alright, good day back, good to get back to work. It's really our last kind of camp-style day. This next week coming up, we'll simulate what a typical in season work day looks like, typical in-season work week, what it looks like. So we'll take them through the paces this next week, how they get their information, all that kind of stuff."

He shared his thoughts on the loss to the Packers this past Thursday.

"There are always things that you look at on tape that you like and there are always things that you know you need to correct. Really pretty much the same. I thought we came out, we got some good work. I thought we did some good things defensively after the first drive. We got some conditioning there. Everybody came out healthy. We learned some lessons there. I think it's a part of work in the preseason; looking at a lot of different players and the evaluation continues."

**Next Saturday the Raiders play the Tennessee Titans, and Del Rio spoke about how to prepare for the matchup.

**

"Well, there's always those kind of discussions. How much do you want to show and how much do you want to do and all those kinds of things? Typically, it's the time that your team plays the most, the guys that are healthy and ready to go. We'll see as we get there. It's still a little early to give you an indication of that. That's typically how it goes in that third game. It should be a good opportunity for us to continue to grow as a football team and continue to work on some of the things that we need to work on."

In year two with the current coaching staff, he noted how the team might tweak some things with regard to disseminating information.

"It's good for us as coaches, too, how we put our game plan together, how we break an opponent down, all those things. We're simulating a game week in terms of when we meet, how we meet, what information we're going to give them, how they find their different cut ups and things. How we prepare as an organization for a typical game week, that's what we're going to simulation this week."

Del Rio acknowledged the progress at the right tackle position.

"It's going well. Both guys have had good camps, staying healthy. We're happy about that. I think it's great to have Menelik [Watson] back. He brings a little temperament, little athleticism to the position. Obviously, Austin [Howard] filled in and did a great job for us last year. That's been a good competition."
