Jon Gruden hasn’t been the Head Coach of the Oakland Raiders for long, but the news has noticeably shaken the sports universe. While rumors swirled, and sports personalities debated the future of the Silver and Black, the news became official Tuesday afternoon when the Raiders hosted Gruden’s introductory press conference at the team’s Alameda, Calif., practice facility.

It was a special day, as hordes of media members, and north of 50 Raiders alumni filled up the team’s performance, center anxious to see the newest leader of the coaching staff.
