We are proud to recognize Black History Month as a time to honor the achievements, culture, and resilience of the Black community. Black History Month was established to ensure that the experiences and contributions of Black Americans are acknowledged, understood, and celebrated as an essential part of our shared history.

From innovation and leadership to art, activism, and athletics, Black excellence has shaped our world and continues to inspire progress across generations.

HBCU Panel & Tour

B.A.S.E.D. In Sports hosted an engaging and inspiring experience for students from Oak View Group's,  Ascend Backstage Program and the DREAM Foundation. The event featured a fireside chat spotlighting executive from the Raiders and Oak View Group, followed by interactive breakout sessions and a guided facility tour. This experience provided students with meaningful exposure, connection, and insight into career pathways within the sports and entertainment industry.

BLACK & SILVER EFFORTS IN DIVERSITY

The mission of B.A.S.E.D. In Sports is to support diversity among Black employees and create an inclusive culture for employees at every level. We seek opportunities to connect, develop, and support Black talent within the organization and the Las Vegas community through engagement. 
 
Created to intentionally provide access to Black Professionals within the Raiders organization to connect. B.A.S.E.D. In Sports will convene to focus on opportunities to increase diversity, equity, and inclusion through acquisition, development, and retention in the Raiders organization.
