Historic Westside Tour

In honor of Black History Month, the Raiders employee resource group B.A.S.E.D. in Sports curated a guided tour of Las Vegas' Historic Westside. Together, employees and Raiders alumni explored local Black-owned businesses, cultural landmarks, and pivotal sites that have shaped, and continue to shape, the community's legacy. The experience highlighted the rich history, resilience, and ongoing contributions of the Westside to the fabric of Las Vegas.

BLACK & SILVER EFFORTS IN DIVERSITY

The mission of B.A.S.E.D. In Sports is to support diversity among Black employees and create an inclusive culture for employees at every level. We seek opportunities to connect, develop, and support Black talent within the organization and the Las Vegas community through engagement. 
 
Created to intentionally provide access to Black Professionals within the Raiders organization to connect. B.A.S.E.D. In Sports will convene to focus on opportunities to increase diversity, equity, and inclusion through acquisition, development, and retention in the Raiders organization.
