These official rules ("Official Rules") govern participation in the Raiders Foundation NV ("Raiders Foundation")

Raiders Foundation reserves the right to update ticket pricing for specific games throughout the season.
Raiders Foundation will update all 50/50 Raffle kiosks, the 50/50 Raffle webpage on the Raiders Foundation
website, and the online ticket purchase portal with any revised pricing for the affected game(s).
Raiders Foundation reserves the right to offer promotional pricing ("Special Pricing") throughout the course of
a single game. By way of example only, the Raiders could offer "happy hour" pricing during designated portions
of a game in which certain amounts of tickets may be sold at a lower rate or bonus tickets are added to certain
purchases at each tier of pricing. For any games featuring Special Pricing, the Raiders Foundation will
announce such promotions through individual sellers and provide pricing information on the 50/50 Raffle
webpage on the Raiders Foundation website. Special Pricing may be limited to in-person purchases and may
not be applicable to tickets purchased online.
ADDITIONAL INCLUSION: For the December 16, 2024 home game only, Raiders Foundation will offer
Special Pricing by adding an additional price point of 650 tickets for $165. The first one hundred sixty-five
(165) individuals to purchase Raffle tickets at a Raffle kiosk or from a designated Raffle ticket seller inside
Allegiant Stadium at the Special Price of $165 for 650 tickets price point will receive a commemorative token.
Tokens will be distributed among all Raffle Sellers and be available once Allegiant Stadium doors open (two
hours prior to kickoff) to individuals purchasing at the $165 for 650 tickets price point, on a first-come firstserved basis until all tokens have been distributed. The $165 for 650 tickets price point will not be available
for tickets purchased online and will not be available for tickets purchased in parking lots prior to doors
opening.
NUMBER OF RAFFLE TICKETS: There is no minimum and no maximum number of tickets that must be sold
by the Raiders Foundation during the Raffle Period.
PRIZE AND ODDS: One (1) winner of the Raffle may (subject to fulfilling all conditions as outlined in these
Official Rules) win a cash prize of half of the gross proceeds of all Raffle tickets sold during the Raffle Period.
The remaining half of the gross proceeds (less fees and operating costs) will benefit the Raiders Foundation
and its charitable activities in the community. The odds of winning the prize depends on the number of valid
Raffle tickets sold during the Raffle Period.
NON-TRANSFERABILITY OF RAFFLE TICKETS: Individuals who purchase Raffle tickets may not sell, give
away, or otherwise transfer their Raffle tickets to another individual or party. An individual's purchase of a
Raffle ticket constitutes only such individual's own entry into the Raffle for the relevant Raffle Period, and only
such individual is entitled to receive the prize upon holding a winning ticket (upon meeting all eligibility
requirements and conditions of these Official Rules). Any purported transfer of tickets is null and void and
subjects the purchaser to disqualification from any prize.
DRAWING: Each Potential Winner (defined below) will be selected by the Raiders Foundation in a random
drawing from eligible entries received in a Raffle Period ("Drawing"). The Potential Winner need not be present
to win. The winning number will be drawn in the 4th quarter of each home game (unless extenuating
circumstances cause a delay) for that Raffle Period, at a time designated by the Raiders Foundation in its sole
discretion. The random drawing will occur at Allegiant Stadium at a location to be determined by the Raiders
Foundation. One (1) winner will be chosen from the pool of all purchased Raffle Tickets sold throughout the
designated Raffle Period. The purchase of a Raffle ticket is only an eligible entry for that particular game and
Raffle Period. Entries that are not selected in the Drawing are not valid for future Raffle Periods, and an entrant
into the Raffle for a particular Raffle Period will not be eligible to win at any subsequent game or Raffle Period.
The winning Raffle ticket number will be posted online at www.raiders.com/foundation/50-50-raffle within fortyeight (48) hours of the Drawing (and will remain posted on the website for thirty (30) calendar days). The owner
of the winning Raffle ticket (a "Potential Winner") must claim the prize no later than 5:00p.m. PST on the 30th
calendar day after the date of the Drawing. A Potential Winner will forfeit the prize if he or she does not present
the winning ticket to the Raiders Foundation by 5:00 p.m. PST on the 30th calendar day after the date of the
Drawing, at which time, if the prize is not claimed, it will become the property of the Raiders Foundation (to be
used by the Raiders Foundation for the fulfillment of its charitable purpose in the community in compliance
with NRS 462.200(1)(b)) and the Raiders Foundation will notify the Chair of the Board.
To claim the prize, the Potential Winner must contact the Raiders Foundation by sending an e-mail to the
Raiders Foundation at 5050@raiders.com. Raiders Foundation will instruct the winner on all next steps
required to claim the prize. If the Potential Winner purchased the ticket in-person, the Potential Winner must
provide the physical ticket to the Raiders Foundation. If the Potential Winner purchased the ticket through the
online purchase portal, the Potential Winner must provide the PDF ticket and the cover email received when
the ticket was purchased.
DETERMINATION OF OFFICIAL WINNER: The Raiders Foundation shall have the sole discretion to
determine whether a Potential Winner is an official winner of the prize ("Official Winner"). The Raiders
Foundation's decision concerning the identity of Official Winner shall be final and binding. To become the
Official Winner: (1) the Potential Winner must be eligible to participate in the Raffle under these Official Rules
and must not be in violation of these Official Rules as determined in the Raiders Foundation's sole judgment;
(2) the Potential Winner's ticket must be presented (either the physical ticket if purchased in-person or the
electronic ticket plus cover email if purchased online) and/or delivered to the Raiders Foundation by the claim
deadline specified above, and subsequently inspected and verified by the Raiders Foundation; (3) the Potential
Winner must execute and return to the Raiders Foundation an affidavit of eligibility and liability release on a
form to be provided by the Raiders Foundation before the prize is awarded within ninety (90) calendar days
after the Raiders Foundation provides such documentation to the Potential Winner (the "Documentation
Deadline"); (4) Raiders Foundation reserves the right to require the Potential Winner to provide up to two (2)
forms of identification to the Raiders Foundation, one of which must include the Potential Winner's photo
(acceptable forms of identification include a valid driver's license, state issued non-driver identification card,
valid passport, social security card, military identification, or completed and unmodified IRS Form W-9) and (5)
the Potential Winner must provide the Raiders Foundation with all tax forms, identification, and information as
may be required by federal, state or local law by the Documentation Deadline (including a signed IRS Form
W-2G if provided by the Raiders Foundation to the Potential Winner). If for any reason whatsoever each of the
foregoing requirements is not satisfied by the Potential Winner, or if the Raiders Foundation is unable for any
reason to identify the holder of a winning Raffle ticket, then the Potential Winner's prize will be deemed forfeited
and, after notification to the Chair of the Board, become the property of the Raiders Foundation (for use in
fulfillment of its charitable mission in the community in compliance with NRS 462.200(1)(b)). Any entry that the
Raiders Foundation determines, in its sole judgment, was stolen, unissued, ineligible, altered, counterfeit in
whole or in part, defective, printed in duplicate or printed/produced in error, or transferred in violation of these
Official Rules will be void.
The Raiders Foundation shall use the following rules to determine the identity of the Potential Winner and of
the Official Winner of the prize: the Raiders Foundation shall conclusively presume that the person who is in
possession of that Raffle ticket is the lawful owner of that Raffle ticket and that ticket's winning number. In the
unlikely event that an error or problem in the administration of the Raffle results in two (2) or more Raffle ticket
purchasers holding winning Raffle tickets that contain identical ticket numbers, then the person who has record
of the earliest ticket purchase shall be deemed to hold the winning Raffle ticket and entry.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: The Released Parties (defined below under "RELEASE OF LIABILITY") are not
responsible for: (1) entries which are stolen, lost, damaged, illegible, given away or no longer in the purchaser's
possession or accessible to the purchaser, (2) entries that have been or may have been tampered with,
transferred, or re-sold in violation of these Official Rules; (3) entries or payments that are delayed, misdirected,
undelivered, not fully captured, or garbled; (4) any other errors of any kind, whether human, typographical,
printing, mechanical, or electronic in nature, which relate to or are connected with the Raffle (collectively, as
described in clauses (1) through (4), "Errors"), including without limitation Errors in Raffle-related materials,
the purchase of Raffle tickets through electronic means including mobile devices, or in the administration of
the Raffle, such as Errors in processing entries, identifying the Potential Winner, determining the Official
Winner, or announcing or delivering the prize. In addition, the Released Parties are not responsible if any
portion of the Raffle is compromised, in the Raiders Foundation's sole judgment, by non-authorized activity or
other causes which, in the Raiders Foundation's sole judgment, corrupt or impair the administration, security
or fairness of the Raffle, or the proper submission or capture of entries (collectively, a "Compromising Event").
In the event of a Compromising Event, the Raiders Foundation reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to
suspend, modify or terminate the Raffle. If the Raffle is not terminated, the Raiders Foundation reserves the
right to select a winner from all eligible, non-suspect entries received before the known occurrence or discovery
of such Comprising Event. All Raffle ticket purchases shall be final, and no refunds or replacements will be
issued by the Raiders Foundation. The Raiders Foundation reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify
any individual it finds to be tampering with the Raffle process or the operation of the Raffle or to be acting in
violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to
deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this Raffle is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and, should
such an attempt be made, the Raiders Foundation reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies
from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Raiders Foundation's failure to enforce any
term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision of these Official
Rules. The Raiders Foundation has sole and final decision on admissibility of entries and the determination of
the Official Winner. All costs and expenses associated with claiming the prize and any and all applicable taxes
in connection with the receipt of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. All tickets, transactions,
participants, Potential Winner, and Official Winner are subject to federal, state and local law, including City of
Las Vegas ordinances, and these Official Rules (which may be updated, modified, or amended by the Raiders
Foundation at any time without notice).
