We’ve officially entered Week 2 of the regular season, which means it’s time to kickoff the Tom Flores High School Coach of the Week, presented by Gatorade. Each week on Raiders.com, a coach from the Oakland and Las Vegas areas will be chosen as the Coach of the Week, and each will be awarded with a $1,000 donation to the school’s football program.

Tyree Reed, from De Anza High School in Richmond, was named The Oakland Raiders High School “Coach of the Week”. The Dons managed to hold on to 16-0 lead at halftime to win 22-7. Las Vegas High School's football coach, Erick Capetillo is awarded with the Tom Flores High School Coach of the Week by Raiders alumnus, Reggie Kinlaw, at Las Vegas High School, Wednesday, September 12, 2018, in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Erick Capetillo, from Las Vegas High School, was named The Oakland Raiders High School “Coach of the Week”. The Wildcats managed to hold their opponent to a shutout in a 49-0.
