Q: What led to the "Any Given Sunday" speech?
Butler:"Duffle Bag last night was thinking about something that could get the guys going. I just thought about 'Any Given Sunday,' and Al Pacino, and Duffle Bag liked that. Duffle Bag put it together and went to sleep Brice Butler and woke up Duffle Bag, ready to go today."
Q: Did the guys like it?
Butler:"Guys liked it. Duffle feeds the streets, you know what I'm saying? That's the Bag's guarantee."
Q: Did they know it was coming?
Butler:"No they didn't know it was coming. Every day, Duffle comes in here and he tells the guys what he has for them and what they can expect. I felt like today Duffle got the guys inspired."
Q: Do guys make requests to Duffle?
Butler:"Yeah, some guys make requests, but sometimes the requests are void. They're voided. Sometimes requests go in good. Sometimes me and [Interim Head Coach] Tony [Sparano] talk and he tells me what he's kind of feeling and I might try to throw it in there. Like yesterday, Duffle had Journey, 'Don't Stop Believing,' and then he came in with some Michael [Jackson], 'Don't Stop 'Till You Get Enough,' and then he finished it with Michael 'Off The Wall.' I felt like it was the perfect song to start this week's practice."
Q: Tony said he wants some [Frank] Sinatra. Do you have any Sinatra?
Butler:"Yeah, Tony told Duffle he wants some Sinatra and we're going to figure out a way to get it in there in a hip fashion, and when it's Christmas time he said he wants some Christmas music too, but I told him we had to eat Thanksgiving dinner first."
Q: You can make Frank Sinatra hip?
Butler:"We can make it happen. There are always ways. When you're a DJ there are always ways."
