The Oakland Raiders officially kicked off Phase Three of the Offseason Workout Program this week at their Alameda, Calif., facility, holding the first three of 10 Organized Team Activities [OTAs].

In addition to the team returning to the field, it was a busy week for the Silver and Black; time for The Week That Was.

Meet The Rookies

Since the Raiders' rookies arrived at the team's Alameda, Calif., facility, they've been grilled time and time again about everything between the hash marks.

We asked them all those questions as well, but when we sat down with the newest members of the Silver and Black, we also took a little time to get to know the lighter side of the Raiders’ rookies.

Organized Team Activities Get Underway

The Raiders are allowed to hold 10 Organized Team Activities [OTAs] as part of Phase Three of the Offseason Workout Program, and they held the first three of those this week at the team's Alameda, Calif., facility.

Following their first session of the week, Head Coach Jack Del Rio and several members of the team addressed the media and discussed confidence, expectations and how it felt to get back on the field.

The League Is Noticing The Silver And Black

Heading into 2016, the narrative surrounding the Oakland Raiders is changing, and the NFL is starting to take notice, both on its social platforms and throughout its digital properties.

From in-depth interviews and written pieces, to social media campaigns on both Twitter and Facebook, the NFL has undoubtedly embraced the positive momentum that's building at 1220 Harbor Bay Parkway.

The Raiders Earn An "A"

Since he took over as Head Coach of the Silver and Black, Jack Del Rio has been ardent that his goal is for the team to win the division, and while that didn't happen in his first year at the helm, the Raiders did make some noise around the NFL for the first time in several years.

People around the league are also seeing the foundation that's being built, as Pro Football Focus recently gave the Silver and Black and "A" for their offseason grade.
