Minshew was a sixth-round pick (178th overall) by Jacksonville in 2019 and spent two seasons with the Jaguars, two with Philadelphia and one with Indianapolis before signing with the Raiders as an unrestricted free agent in 2024. Minshew played in 10 games (nine starts) for the Silver and Black and went 203-of-306 for 2,013 yards, nine touchdowns and an 81.0 passer rating. He also recorded 19 carries for 58 yards.
