The three-time Pro-Bowler and two-time All-Pro made his NFL debut with the Kansas City Chiefs after being drafted 18th overall of in 2015 NFL Draft. During his first season he was also named the 2015 AP Defensive Rookie of the Year and PFWA Defensive Rookie of the Year. Peters signed with the Raiders as a free agent in 2023. The cornerback played 12 games for the Silver and Black, totaling 43 combined tackles, five passes defensed and one interception returned for a 75-yard touchdown.
