Spillane spent time with Tennessee and Pittsburgh before joining the Raiders as an unrestricted free agent in 2023. He recorded the most tackles in a season by a Raiders player (158) in 2024. He left the Raiders as one of only three players in team history to record 100+ tackles, multiple sacks and multiple interceptions in the same season, and the only player to do so twice.
