Bush Named AFC Offensive Player of the Week

Raiders RB Michael Bush has been named the AFC Offensive Player of the Week for Week 10 of the 2011 NFL Regular Season. Bush led the Raiders through the air and on the ground in the 24-17 win over the Chargers in San Diego on November 10. In his second start of the season, Bush totaled 242 yards from scrimmage, marking the highest yardage total posted by a Raider in nearly 50 years. Bush rushed for 157 yards and a touchdown on a career-high 30 carries and had three receptions for 85 yards en route to posting the highest single-game yardage total for a Raider since WR Art Powell had 247 yards against thr Houston Oilers on December 22, 1963.

Bush has also been nominated for FedEx Ground NFL Player of the Week. Fans can vote until 12:00 p.m. PT Friday morning.

WR Denarius Moore has been nominated for Pepsi NFL Rookie of the Week. Moore caught five passes for 123 yards and two scores in the Raiders' 24-17 win over the San Diego Chargers.
