Four Takeaways From Bill Musgrave's Wednesday Press Conference

Before the Oakland Raiders returned to the practice field to continue preparation for their Week 12 clash with the Tennessee Titans, offensive coordinator Bill Musgrave held his weekly press conference at the team's Alameda, Calif., facility.

Here are the highlights from his media session.

He shared his thoughts about the Titans front seven.

"Tons of sacks. Tons of them. Twelve in the last three games. A lot of movement. A lot of effort. I've known [Brian] Orakpo over the years when he was with the Redskins. A high-effort fella, just never quits. They look great on film."

Musgrave is confident in Tony Bergstrom should he need to step in for starting center Rodney Hudson.

"Tony is always ready. Even when Rodney was playing each and every play, Tony was putting the time in, watching all the film on his iPad, being in the meetings, doing his film work. He's been ready for this opportunity, so now that he's stepped in, we all have complete confidence in him, like Derek said."

He also spoke about Titans quarterback Marcus Mariota.

"Terrific young man. Never met him, but from what I hear from people that have been up there in Eugene he's not only a great athlete, but even better person."

The Raiders offense is still evolving.

"I think every week is different. As our offense evolves, our system evolves and the way defenses see us, we have to be ready to make those counter moves to keep going down field and not get stymie."
