Hayden: "It feels awesome to be back"

**

Q: Can you talk about being back?**

Hayden:"It feels awesome to be back. I'm glad I'm out there with my teammates. I just want to make plays; that's it."

Q: Coach [Interim Head Coach Tony Sparano] said you got an interception at practice today.

Hayden:"Yeah. It felt good to get the ball back in my hands. I did get one and it felt good."

Q: Are there any limitations on you right now at all? Are you fully cleared?

Hayden:"No, I'm full. I'm full clear. I'm full go. Let's get it."

Q: How soon do you think you'll be ready to go?

Hayden:"I mean, I'm out there at practice. As far as me being activated or whatever that's the coach's decision and I'm just out there. I'm ready to get back in and help this team win."

Q: Do you feel you could play this weekend, like you're in game shape?

Hayden:"Yeah, I feel like I could."

Q: Coach said that the key to maybe keeping your confidence up is small successes every day. Can you maybe just talk about where your head is at right now?

Hayden:"I mean, I'm just taking it one day at a time, and watch film, critique myself. I'm going to be my biggest critic and just become a better football player. I know I haven't been out there since OTAs [Organized Team Activities] and I just have to get back in the swing of things. I'm about to shake this rust off and get back out there and ball out."

Q: How did you deal with that? I know you wanted to be out there. You didn't want to miss all of training camp…

Hayden:"I just dealt with it. I mean, it was going to happen. I had to wait six weeks. I waited six weeks and now it's my time to play."

Q: At what point were you ready to go? At what point were you feeling 100 percent?

Hayden:"I felt like I was 100 percent, like, three weeks ago, running and cutting and stuff. I just had to wait my time and I waited it, and now it's my time."
