Head Coach Jack Del Rio Honors Trio Of Coaches At 2017 Game Changer Awards

In every athlete's career there is a coach or two along the road that leaves a lasting impression on that athlete as he or she continues on their sports journey.

Well, in the case of Jack Del Rio, there are three coaches who impacted the life and career of the Hayward, Calif.,-native; Jim Bisenius, Gary Clark, and Charley Kendall.

The Oakland Raiders head coach was a three-sport start during his time at Hayward High School, and he recently had the chance to honor his trio of high school coaches at the 2017 Coaching Corps Game Changer Awards.

At the event, which was hosted by Ahmed Fareed and Dave Feldman and aired on Comcast Sports Net Bay Area, Head Coach Del Rio took a few minutes to acknowledge his childhood coaches, and share what he learned from each of them.
