During the 2011 season, Heyward-Bey scored four touchdowns and averaged 15.2 yards per catch. He recorded three 100-plus yard receiving games, all of them at home (New England, Detroit, and San Diego). He also had a 99-yard receiving game in Houston, where he also scored a touchdown.
He set a personal best in yards in a game with 155 against Detroit on December 18, 2011. His nine catches against San Diego in Week 17 were also a career high.
