Happy Victory Monday, Raider Nation.

It's been six weeks since we were able to celebrate a win, and while the team is still 2-8, it feels great to be on the winning side of things for once. The Raiders had to play hard from opening kickoff until the final whistle to earn the win, but they did it in thrilling fashion.

There were a lot of highlights from yesterday's game against the Arizona Cardinals; let's take a look.

Cornerback Gareon Conley got the fun started by intercepting Cardinals quarterback Josh Rosen's first pass of the game.

Derek Carr and the offense turned the takeaway into some points, as he found tight end Jared Cook wide open.

Safety Karl Joseph hauled in the Raiders' second interception of the first half.

With Jordy Nelson and Martavis Bryant sidelined, the offense needed players to step up in their absence, and Brandon LaFell stepped up big time.

Jalen Richard is one of the most-elusive players on the team, he weaved his way through defenders for a 24-yard gain.

LaFell showed off his athleticism with an insane catch to set up a Raiders first down.

He might be a rookie, but Marcell Ateman's 32-yard catch late in the fourth quarter made him look like an experienced pro.

Seth Roberts put the Raiders within field goal range, which set up the game-winning play.

Rookie kicker Daniel Carlson came up clutch, hitting a last-second 35-yard field goal to lift the Raiders to victory.

Here are all the highlights from the Raiders Week 11 win over the Cardinals.
