Raiders Add McCann

After spending the past two seasons with the Dallas Cowboys and the Baltimore Ravens, defensive back Bryan McCann joins the Raiders as a free agent signee.

The Oakland Raiders have signed free agent defensive back Bryan McCann. The 5'10", 185-pound McCann entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent out of SMU.

McCann has played in 14 league games, 11 with Dallas and three with Baltimore. While with the Cowboys last season, McCann intercepted a pass and raced 101 yards for a touchdown in a win over the New York Giants.

The Raiders also placed rookie CB Chimdi Chekwa on Injured Reserve (11/17/11), and signed free agent defensive back Terrail Lambert to the practice squad (11/15/11).
