ALAMEDA, Calif. – The Oakland Raiders have re-signed free agent K Kevin Goessling, General Manager Reggie McKenzie announced Wednesday.

Goessling, who spent time with the Raiders earlier this month in training camp, was a three-time All-Western Athletic Conference selection at Fresno State. Goessling played in 52 games over four years at Fresno State (2008-11), scoring 373 points and converting 61-of-81 field goal attempts during his collegiate career. He hit a career-long 58-yard field goal as a redshirt freshman.

To make room on the roster, the Raiders have waived/injured S Jeremy Deering.
