Pro Football Hall of Famer Eric Allen will be honored at halftime this Sunday when the Las Vegas Raiders host the Tennessee Titans at Allegiant Stadium.
Allen was enshrined in Canton on Aug. 2, 2025, and will receiving his Ring of Excellence during halftime, presented by Pro Football Hall of Fame President Jim Porter with multiple fellow Raiders Gold Jackets in attendance.
After being traded to the Raiders in 1998, Allen helped the franchise win the AFC West in back-to-back seasons. Over four seasons with the Silver and Black, he appeared in 58 games with 56 starts in the Silver and Black and picked off 15 passes for 256 yards and three touchdowns. His three interceptions returned for touchdowns in 2000 led the league and is tied for the franchise record. Allen is the only player in NFL history with two seasons of at least three interception returns for touchdowns. His single-season league record for most interceptions returned for touchdowns (four in 1993) stood for 30 years.
During the halftime celebration, Grammy nominated singer Aloe Blacc will perform a song in Allen's honor. Blacc has long been a voice for the people – a globally recognized singer, songwriter and changemaker whose music uplifts, empowers, and unites. Best known for genre-defying anthems like the international smash "Wake Me Up" with Avicii, anthemic "The Man," and the timeless "I Need A Dollar," Blacc continues to inspire through sound and purpose. In 2024, he was honored as one of Worth Magazine's Worthy 100, recognizing his influential work at the intersection of music and social impact.
Retired Navy officer and singer Generald Wilson will perform the National Anthem pregame. Known as the "Praise & Worshipper" of St. Louis, Wilson has been singing since the age of 5, raised to sing the gospel. He retired from the United States Navy with 21 years of honorable service. Wilson has shared the stage with leading gospel artists such as: Dr. Bobby Jones, the late James Moore, Rev. Timothy Wright, Bishop Walter Hawkins, Bishop Hezekiah Walker, Vanessa Bell Armstrong, Pastor John P. Kee, Fred Hammond, Dr. Marvin Sapp, Dottie Peoples, Myron Butler & Levi, and J-Moss. In 2009, his independent debut album, "I Live to Praise - I Live to Worship," made the Stellar Awards first ballot for Praise and Worship CD of the Year.
