Amari Cooper Named Pepsi Rookie Of The Week

For the second time in three weeks, rookie wide receiver Amari Cooper was named the Pepsi NFL Rookie of the Week for Week 9.

In the Silver and Black's loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers, Cooper caught 7 passes for 88 yards and 1 touchdown.


Tight End Gabe Holmes Signed To Active Roster

After spending a majority of the 2015 season on the practice squad, rookie tight end Gabe Holmes was promoted to the active roster Friday afternoon.

Holmes was originally signed as an undrafted free agent in May after playing collegiately at Purdue.
