Power running, like the vertical passing game, has been a hallmark of Raiders offensive football since 1963 when Al Davis became Head Coach and General Manager of the Raiders. This is a list of the Top 10 single-season rushing performances in Raiders history.

In 1985, Marcus Allen carried the ball 380 times and rushed for 1,759 yards and 11 touchdowns as the Raiders finished with a 12-4 record and won the AFC West.
