The Oakland Raiders added another player to the mix along the defensive line Monday, signing defensive end Damontre Moore.
Here are five things you need to know about the newest member of the Silver and Black.
1. He has experience in the league
Originally drafted in the third round (No. 81 overall) of the 2013 NFL Draft by the New York Giants, Moore has appeared in 45 games over the course of his three-year career.
2. Gig 'em!
Moore played his college football at Texas A&M, recording 26.5 sacks during his three seasons in College Station, which ranks sixth in school history.
3. Versatility is key
During his time as an Aggie, Moore played both outside linebacker and defensive end, and his ability to play multiple positions in a variety of defensive schemes is one of his best attributes.
4. He has a lot of football ahead of him
While Moore is entering his fourth NFL season, he's only 23 years old, and won't turn 24 until mid-September.
