Las Vegas Raiders reinforce Commitment to Excellence with 2025 Impact Playbook

Las Vegas, NV (January 26, 2026) – Today, the Las Vegas Raiders proudly released their 2025 Impact Playbook, a comprehensive report on the Raiders', Allegiant Stadium's, and the Raiders Foundation's sustainability and community initiatives that strengthen the Las Vegas community. The third edition of the Playbook details a year-long lookback of impactful community partnerships, innovative sustainability efforts, and a steadfast commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion both on and off the field.

"The 2025 Impact Playbook reflects how we measure success at the Raiders, not just by performance, but by the difference we make in our community," said Sandra Douglass Morgan, President of the Las Vegas Raiders. "From investing millions of dollars in local nonprofits and youth mental health services to expanding access to football and flag football for thousands of young people, this work represents our responsibility to serve Raider Nation and the Southern Nevada community with intention and purpose."

Highlights of the 2025 Impact Playbook include:

  • World-Class Venue: Allegiant Stadium, named Billboard Magazine's top-grossing stadium in the United States and the second highest-grossing stadium in the world, welcomed more than 860,000 visitors across over 30 events, generating more than $1.1 billion in economic impact for the Las Vegas region.
  • Community Investment: The Raiders Organization, including the Raiders Foundation, awarded over $5.2 million in grants, charitable giving and in-kind donations to local nonprofits and schools. Notable events like the second annual Silver & Black Gala raised over $3 million in critical funds for mental health resources, and the Foundation awarded $1 million across four Nevada-based organizations delivering youth mental health support.
  • Sustainability and Environmental Stewardship: Continuing their commitment to sustainability, Allegiant Stadium received three Green Sports Alliance Play to Zero Awards. One of only seven NFL stadiums with LEED Gold certification from the U.S. Green Building Council, the stadium remains committee to its conservation, energy efficiency and waste diversion efforts.
  • Corporate Partnerships and Community Investment: Through strategic corporate partnerships and the work of the Raiders Foundation, the organization directed more than $5.2 million in grants, charitable giving, and in-kind support to local nonprofits and schools, including $1 million awarded to Nevada-based organizations focused on youth mental health services.
  • Youth Football and Flag Football Development: The Raiders' Football Development initiatives continued to expand access to the game while helping advance the future of football at every level of play. In 2025, more than 8,200 boys and girls were introduced to football and flag football, and more than 22,000 youth were engaged through camps, clinics, and wellness education programs designed to support long-term participation and growth of the sport.
