G Austin Howard

Howard played in 32 games with 32 starts for the New York Jets from 2012-13. He joined the Raiders as a free agent in March 2014 and looks to start at right guard this Sunday against his old team at MetLife Stadium.
Safety Ronnie Lott

Lott joined the Raiders after 10 years with San Francisco. He played in 32 games with 32 starts with the Silver and Black and led the NFL with 8 picks in 1991. He played for the Jets from 1993-94 and played in 31 games with 31 starts and logged 3 INTs.
LB Eric Barton

The Raiders selected Barton in the 5th round of the 1999 NFL Draft out of Maryland. He played in 68 games for the Raiders from 1999-2003 and recorded 9.5 sacks and 2 interceptions. He played for the Jets from 2004-08 and logged 9.5 sacks and 2 INTs.
RB LaMont Jordan

Jordan played for the Jets from 2001-04 and rushed for 1,277 yards and 10 TDs. He joined the Raiders in 2005 and played for the Silver and Black until 2007. Jordan gained 2,008 yards and scored 14 TDs on the ground for the Silver and Black. He also caught 108 passes for 884 yards and 2 scores as a Raider.
TE Doug Jolley

The Raiders selected Jolley in the 2nd round of the 2002 NFL Draft. He played in 47 games with 25 starts and caught 90 passes for 972 yards and 5 TDs before he was traded to the Jets in 2005. He played in 16 games with 7 starts for New York, and caught 29 passes for 324 yards and 1 TD.
*WR Chaz Schilens *

The Raiders selected Schilens in the 7th round of the 2008 NFL Draft. He played in 44 games with 19 starts and caught 72 passes for 902 yards and 7 scores before joining the Jets in 2012. He played in 15 games with 6 starts for New York, and caught 28 passes for 289 yards and 2 TDs.
*QB Rick Mirer *

Mirer played in 8 games with 6 starts for the Jets in 1999 and completed 95 of 176 pass attempts for 1,062 yards, 5 TDs and 9 INTs. He played for the Raiders in 2003 and played in 9 games with 8 starts. He completed 116 of 221 pass attempts for 1,267 yards, 3 TDs and 5 INTs as a Raider.
DE Kenyon Coleman
The Raiders elected Coleman in the 5th round of the 2002 NFL Draft. He played in 1 game for the Raiders. Coleman played for the Jets from 2007-08 and played in 32 games with 29 starts and recorded 2 sacks.
CB Phillip Adams
Adams played for the Raiders from 2012-13 and played in 31 games with 4 starts. He returned 33 punts for 198 yards. He joined the Jets at the end of the 2014 Preseason.
WR Art Powell
Powell played for the then-New York Titans from 1960-62 and played in 42 games and caught 204 passes for 3,178 yards and 72 TDs. He played for the Raiders from 1963-66, played in 56 games and caught 254 passes for 4,491 yards and 50 scores.
Coaches
*Tony Sparano *
Sparano joined the Raiders as the assistant head coach/offensive line in 2013. He served as the offensive coordinator for the Jets in 2012.
*Sanjay Lal *
Lal has been the Jets wide receivers coach since 2012. He joined the Jets after serving multiple roles for the Raiders from 2007-11, including wide receivers coach.
*John DeFilippo *
"Flip" has been the Raiders quarterbacks coach twice, 2012-present and 2007-08. He was the Jets assistant quarterbacks coach in 2009.
