The Silver and Black took down the Chargers in Week 10 in thrilling fashion, winning by a score of 26-24 behind RB Josh Jacobs' 18-yard touchdown with just over a minute remaining in regulation. It was Jacobs' third touchdown rush in the last two contests, as he finished with 71 yards on 16 carries and added three receptions for 30 yards. He became the 16th player in NFL history to rush for at least 800 yards in his first nine career games, while also tying Arthur Whittington for second-most rushing touchdowns (seven) by a rookie in franchise history. On the ensuing drive, S Karl Joseph made a game-clinching play for the second consecutive week, this time intercepting a pass from QB Philip Rivers in the final seconds of the contest to seal a Raiders victory. The victory marked QB Derek Carr's 18th career fourth-quarter comeback and his 19th game-winning drive. Carr finished with 218 yards and one touchdown pass to rookie FB Alec Ingold en route to his seventh consecutive game with a passer rating of at least 95.0, concluding the day at 98.6. The star of the contest was S Erik Harris, as he made two first-quarter interceptions and returned one for a touchdown, his second pick-six of the year. DE Clelin Ferrell also posted a career-high 2.5 sacks, while DE Benson Mayowa logged another 1.5 sacks to total seven on the year.

QB Derek Carr has orchestrated 19 fourth-quarter/overtime comebacks and game-winning drives in his career. With the victory over the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 10, Carr set an NFL record for the most fourth-quarter comebacks (18) in NFL history through a player's first six seasons. On the offense's final drive against the Chargers, Carr completed 6-of-8 passes for 57 yards to set up the 18-yard rushing touchdown by RB Josh Jacobs

Carr's 13 fourth quarter comebacks since 2016 are the most in the NFL during that span, while his three game-winning drives in 2019 are currently tied for third-most.
