The Oakland Raiders were back on the field at their Alameda, Calif., facility yesterday as Organized Team Activities resumed after the team took a break from on-field work last week.

Raiders Head Coach Tom Cable told Raiders.com's Jeanette Thompson that he is very pleased with the work the team is putting in during these voluntary sessions and that attendance has been phenomenal.

"It's big, we've worked so much on changing the attitude, we're all very excited about it, coaches and players," Coach Cable said. "We're better and we have a better attitude. We understand the game to a level that will allow us to be at our best. Here we go."

The Raiders will be on the field for OTA today and tomorrow. The OTA program for 2010 concludes next week and the team will report to their Napa Valley Training Complex for Training Camp 2010 in late July.
