In what's already been an active offseason for the Las Vegas Raiders, it's time to see their calculated moves transfer over to the weight room and the meeting rooms.

The Raiders began Phase One of their voluntary offseason training program April 7, which includes activities limited to meetings, strength and conditioning, and physical rehabilitation only for two weeks.

Phase Two of the program consists of the next three weeks of the program. On-field workouts may include individual or group instruction and drills, as well as "perfect play drills," and drills and plays with offensive players lining up across from offensive players and defensive players lining up across from defensive players, conducted at a walk-through pace. No live contact or team offense vs. team defense drills are permitted.

New head coaches are entitled to conduct an additional voluntary veteran minicamp, with Klint Kubiak and company set to hold their voluntary camp the week of the 2026 NFL Draft, from April 20-22.
