The Raiders selected the Heisman Trophy winner in the 1st round of the 1988 NFL Draft out of Notre Dame. He played in 240 games with 198 starts. Brown, the Raiders all-time leading receiver, caught 1,070 passes for 14,734 yards and 99 TDs. He carried the ball 50 times for 190 yards and one TD. Brown also returned 320 punts for 3,272 yards and three touchdowns and returned 49 kickoffs for 1,235 yards and one TD. He was selected to play in nine Pro Bowls, led the NFL in receptions in 1997, led the NFL in kickoff returns in 1988 and led the NFL in punt return yards in 1994. Brown is also the all-time leading punt returner and 5th leading scorer in Raiders history. He finished his career with one year in Tampa Bay. Brown was enshrined in the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2015.
