EA Sports releases Madden ratings for Raiders rookies and 2019 NFL draft class

Sure, getting drafted in the NFL is cool — but every college prospect really wants to be featured in Madden.

The popular sports game causes a stir this time every year when the ratings for each player begin to leak out, and recently the 2019 rookie class was informed of their ratings – some good, some bad.

Hunter Renfrow's reaction was priceless, but despite many rookies not having their ideal ratings, a few shouldn't be upset. The top dogs from the Raiders' rookie class, for instance, are first-round picks Clelin Ferrell and Josh Jacobs with an overall rating of 74; Renfrow is next in line with his 70 rating, and safety Johnathan Abram trails him with a 69 overall — tied with Trayvon Mullen and Foster Moreau.

Here's where every Raiders rookie ranks:

Table inside Article
Player Position Overall Awareness Speed Acceleration Agility Strength
Clelin Ferrell DE 74 73 81 86 76 81
Josh Jacobs RB 74 76 85 90 87 77
Hunter Renfrow WR 70 73 85 87 87 61
Johnathan Abram S 69 65 91 89 84 70
Foster Moreau TE 69 66 82 85 82 76
Trayvon Mullen CB 69 65 90 90 85 59
Maxx Crosby DE 67 61 83 87 82 73
Isaiah Johnson CB 67 64 92 91 90 60
Quinton Bell DE 61 45 88 90 76 75

I have a feeling all of those ratings will increase throughout the 2019 campaign, and I'm sure the newest members of the Silver and Black are determined to make that happen.
