Raiders mourn the passing of Gerald Irons

The Raiders Family mourns the passing of Gerald Irons, 73, who played six seasons with the Silver and Black.

A third-round draft pick out of Maryland-Eastern Shore in 1970, Irons played in 77 games with 56 starts for the Raiders from 1970-75. Irons recorded 13 interceptions in 10 total seasons with the Raiders and Browns and his son, Grant, also played for the Silver and Black.

The thoughts and prayers of the Raider Nation are with the Irons family at this time.
