Upon Further Review: Maxx Crosby talks life in California, motivation headed into rookie season

Stop me if you've heard this one before – it was a busy week for the Oakland Raiders.

While there weren't any roster transactions this week – perhaps a first this offseason – the Upon Further Review Crew still had much to discuss, mainly the announcement of the Silver and Black's preseason game in Canada, as well as the news that beginning in 2020, the Las Vegas Bowl will be played at Las Vegas Stadium.

After Eddie Paskal and Producer Trav break down the team's trip to Canada and what that means for the bigger picture of the 2019 season, the guys welcome in rookie defensive end "Mad" Maxx Crosby.

During the former Eastern Michigan Eagle's time on the program, Crosby touches on a variety of topics, including his transition to life in sunny Northern California, his passion for making music, and the number that has motivated the entirety of the Raiders defensive line all offseason.

Once young Mr. Crosby departs the audio studio, Eddie and Trav welcome in Kyle Martin for "Victory Formation" where among other things, the fellas discuss an interesting experience Eddie recently had at the airport, Kyle's reasoning for turning down tickets to the NBA Finals – oh, and if they're fired up for Mandatory Minicamp.

You can listen to all the witty back-and-forth, below.
