The Oakland Raiders and Entercom's 95.7 The GAME (KGMZ-FM), The Bay Area's New Sound For Sports, announced today a multi-year agreement for 95.7 The GAME to become the radio flagship station in the Bay Area. 95.7 The Game will broadcast coverage of the Silver and Black's preseason, regular season and postseason games.

"We are delighted to begin this exciting new relationship with 95.7 The GAME and we look forward to working with Compass Media to establish a broad affiliate network throughout California and beyond," said Oakland Raiders Chief Executive Amy Trask.

"The best NFL coverage in the Bay Area just got even better," said Dwight Walker, Vice President/General Manager of Entercom San Francisco. "We welcome the Raider Nation, one of the most passionate and engaged fan bases in the NFL, to 95.7 The GAME."

Oakland Raiders programming on 95.7 The GAME will include aggressive pre-game and post game shows complete with key interviews, locker room reaction and listener phone calls.  Rounding out Raiders coverage on 95.7 The GAME will be weekly call-in shows with Head Coach Dennis Allen and other key Raiders players and personnel. Every Monday during the NFL season will be re-branded on the station as "Raiders Mondays." 95.7 The GAME is also the broadcast home of Oakland Athletics baseball. In the event of a programming conflict with A's baseball, Oakland Raiders football will be heard on sister station KFOX 102.1/98.5. KFOX is the Bay Area's first full-metro mainstream Classic Rock station, and the strongest FM radio signal in the nine-county Bay Area.

95.7 The GAME and the Raiders are co-hosting their first event for the NFL Draft today. 95.7 The GAME is featuring a special three-hour NFL Draft Special, hosted by Greg Papa, with NFL Hall of Famer (and former Oakland Raider) Rod Woodson and accomplished College Football Play-by-Play Announcer Roxy Bernstein.

Papa, the voice of the Oakland Raiders, will once again team with former Raiders quarterback, head coach and assistant coach Tom Flores. Flores is one of only two people in NFL history to earn a Super Bowl ring as a player, assistant coach and head coach. He won world championships a reserve quarterback with the Kansas City Chiefs (Super Bowl IV), as a Raiders assistant coach (Super Bowl XI) and as head coach of the Silver and Black (Super Bowls XV and XVIII).

Papa, named 2013 California Sportscaster of the Year by the National Sportscasters and Sportswriters Association (NSSA), returns for his 17th season broadcasting the Silver and Black. Papa can also be heard weekdays from 12pm-3pm on 95.7 The GAME, as part of The Wheelhouse, with co-host John Lund.  Papa also hosts MLB's San Francisco Giants Postgame Live on Comcast SportsNet Bay Area, and has previously served as the radio and television voice of the Oakland A's, San Francisco Giants and Golden State Warriors.

This exclusive agreement was negotiated by Compass Media Networks owner and syndicator of the broadcast rights for all Oakland Raiders English language broadcasts. Compass Media Networks is once again responsible for all aspects of the broadcasts of all Oakland Raiders preseason, regular season, and post-season games on terrestrial radio. "Our goal is to super serve the Raider Nation and for those fans living in the Bay Area, 95.7 The GAME offers expanded Raiders coverage on game day and virtually every day," said Peter Kosann, CEO of Compass Media Networks.
