Ashton Jeanty earns third nomination for NFL Rookie of the Week

For a third time this season, Ashton Jeanty is nominated for the Pepsi Zero Sugar Rookie of the Week.

The No. 6 overall pick has become a prominent piece of the offense, contributing in the rushing and aerial attack equally. In Week 10 against the Jacksonville Jaguars, he recorded 89 scrimmage yards (42 rushing, 47 receiving) along with a touchdown catch. He leads all rookies in scrimmage yards (620), rushing yards (487) and ranks second in the draft class in total touchdowns (six).

"He's a fantastic football player. He really is," Pete Carroll said postgame. "We pass pro-ed pretty well, he did a lot of really good things besides the big touchdown play that he had. He's doing great."

The other nominees include Jaxson Dart (New York Giants), Kyle Monangai (Chicago Bears), Colston Loveland (Chicago Bears), Tory Horton (Seattle Seahawks) and Jalon Walker (Atlanta Falcons).
