Today feels a little different than normal, and that's because today's game against the Houston Texans isn't your typical regular season game. The Oakland Raiders return to the playoffs begins today at 1:35 p.m. PST, and while the attention around the team might be higher than normal, the Silver and Black have prepared for today as usual, and are ready to hit the gridiron.

Saturday afternoon at NRG Stadium will be the start of Wild Card weekend, and the first game of the weekend will feature a pair of teams eager to show what they're made of. Heading into the postseason showdown, here's a look at the Oakland Raiders inactive players.

Quarterback Derek Carr

Safety Nate Allen

Cornerback Antonio Hamilton

Left Tackle Donald Penn

Tackle/Guard Vadal Alexander

Defensive End Jihad Ward

Defensive End Branden Jackson

Notables:

Left tackle Donald Penn will miss Saturday's action with a knee issue and did not participate in practice all week.  Penn's only allowed one sack on the season, and it came Week 16 against the Indianapolis Colts. Also inactive is veteran safety Nate Allen who served as an excellent substitute while rookie safety Karl Joseph was out with injury. Joseph will be returning to game action for the first time since Week 13 when the Raiders played the Buffalo Bills.
