Team Stats

The Raiders gained a total of 341 yards (165 rushing, 176 receiving) against the top-ranked defense in the NFL.

The offense scored a passing touchdown for the first time since Week 7 in Kansas City against the Chiefs.

The offense was 3-for-3 in the red zone and the defense held the Texans offense out of the end zone on all three of their attempts.

The Raiders caused an opening drive turnover for the second time in two games. Both turnovers resulted in a first drive touchdown. 

The Raiders won the time of possession battle 31:31 to 28:29.

Individual Stats

QB Matt McGloin, an undrafted rookie free agent, started his first career NFL game. He was 18-for-32 passing for 197 yards and 3 touchdowns. He finished with a 105.9 passer rating. McGloin is the first undrafted rookie quarterback to throw at least three touchdown passes without an interception in a single game in the common draft era (since 1967). 

RB Rashad Jennings carried the ball 22 times for 150 yards (6.8 avg.). He scored on an 80-yard run out of the wildcat formation in the 3rd quarter.

WR Rod Streater led the team in receiving yards with 84 on six catches. Streater's touchdown came on a 16-yard pass from McGloin in the 1st quarter.

WR Denarius Moore scored the Raiders first touchdown on a 5-yard pass from McGloin. It was McGloin's first career touchdown pass.

TE Mychal Rivera caught five of the six balls thrown his way, including a 26-yard touchdown pass. It was the second of his career.

WR Andre Holmes caught one pass for 33 yards. He had another that was ruled an incomplete pass. Head Coach Dennis Allen challenged the call, but the play stood as called. 

CB Mike Jenkins led the defense in tackles with 12 (10 solo).

DE Lamarr Houston recorded his 5th sack of the season. This one was for a 15-yard loss. He also added 3 tackles.

LB Kevin Burnett also recorded a sack for a 6-yard loss and added 7 solo tackles.

FS Charles Woodson forced two fumbles, one on the first series of the game, which was recovered by CB Phillip Adams.

LB Nick Roach intercepted QB Case Keenum at the Houston 16-yard line. QB Matt McGloin found WR Rod Streater in the end zone on the next play to put the Raiders ahead 14-0.

P Marquette King punted 11 times for 540 yards (49.1 avg.). King had a long punt of 64 yards.
