Following the team's Monday practice leading up to their Preseason Week 3 matchup with the Green Bay Packers, Head Coach Dennis Allen addressed the media and spoke about the challenges the upcoming game presents.

"We obviously have a huge challenge playing those guys at their place," Coach Allen said. "They're a very opportunistic defense. They've added some pieces on their defense. Obviously, anytime you add a guy like Julius Peppers, that causes some concern, and they've been opportunistic in their secondary in being able to take the football away."

He also addressed the health of the team, providing an update on CB DJ Hayden who has been sidelined for the entirety of training camp.

"Obviously, getting some field work in, being able to do some cutting, that's a good sign," he said. "I still don't know exactly what that timetable is going to be for his return. So, we'll see how he does this week and we'll kind of go from there."

In addition to Coach Allen, QB Matt Schaub spoke to the media about the matchup with Green Bay and his performance through the preseason thus far.

"I think much like the team, especially offensively – just being more consistent," said Schaub when asked on what he needs to improve upon. "I think how our offense goes is how the quarterback is going to go. So, just being more consistent [with] what we're doing."

WR Rod Streater was pleased with the work the team accomplished on Monday. "We had a good practice," said Streater. "We can obviously correct some little mistakes and things like that, but I think we did a pretty good job."

The Raiders return to the practice field tomorrow at their Alameda facility, so be sure to check Raiders.com for updates from the field and post-practice remarks.
