By the Numbers: Analyzing key contributions from Raiders through the first stretch of the 2025 season

As the Las Vegas Raiders enter their bye week, here are a few statistics to highlight some of the success players have had through seven games.

15

Ashton Jeanty leads all running backs in broken tackles with 15. Through seven games, his 2.6 yards after contact per rush is tied for fifth-highest in the league among starting running backs.

While he's recorded the most touches of any rookie in the league (126) so far, he ranks third among rookies in scrimmage yards (531) and second in total touchdowns (five).

"I think any rookie at this point in time is just getting more comfortable," offensive coordinator Chip Kelly said of Jeanty. "We're all a byproduct of our experiences. ... You've seen him steadily improve from week one to two to three to four, and hopefully that improvement continues as long as we go through this whole season. Because the more experience he gets, the more reps he gets, the better he becomes, which is a great thing about him. He's a real coachable guy, and it's just a matter of getting him as much experience."

389

On a team that boasts Jakobi Meyers and Brock Bowers as their top playmakers, it's been Tre Tucker who's become the team's leading receiver.

The third-year receiver is currently leading the Raiders in receptions (tied with Meyers, 29), receiving yards (389) and receiving touchdowns (four). With his Week 3 showing against the Washington Commanders where he reeled in eight catches for 145 yards, he's one of four receivers this season to catch three touchdowns in a game. The three others being Romeo Doubs, two-time All-Pro Amon-Ra St. Brown and Tucker's former teammate and mentor Davante Adams.

"Tre has done a really good job," Pete Carroll said Monday. "He's been our most effective guy particularly down the field and making things happen. ... We hoped that he would be a downfield guy. He's been that, and he's been effective, and he's doing other things as well. We get the ball underneath to him, and he's catching the ball on the perimeter to try to use his speed and all."

5.3

While still adjusting to his new role at center, the numbers have been favorable toward Jordan Meredith.

Meredith is one of two offensive linemen, along with guard Dylan Parham, who has played every offensive snap for the Raiders this season. He also has the lowest quarterback pressure percentage allowed (5.3) and 1-on-1 quarterback pressure percentage (6.8) of any Raiders offensive lineman, per Next Gen Stats.

10

Maxx Crosby continues to set the precedent for the defense.

The Pro Bowl edge rusher leads the team in pass deflections (five) and quarterback pressures (14), and is tied with Jonah Laulu in sacks (four). Additionally, his 10 tackles for loss not only lead the team in that category, but also rank second in the league – tied with Myles Garrett.

64

Devin White is enjoying a bit of a career resurgence with the Silver and Black.

The former Pro Bowler had some setbacks with injuries and personal issues derail over the last few years, now on his fourth team in the last three seasons. However, through seven games, he's replicated some of the production that made him a Pro Bowl selection in 2021.

He leads the team in total tackles (64) and solo tackles (39) plus recorded his first quarterback sack and interception for the first time since 2023. He ranks second on the team in tackles for loss (seven), run stops (16) and run stuffs (seven), per Next Gen Stats.

"I know he's a pleasure to be around. So that might speak to the love of the game there," Patrick Graham said of White after the team's Week 6 victory. "But in terms of what he did in the game, he did everything we asked him to do ... things that linebackers need to do, he was doing that. He was doing it fast and physical. Listening to me in his ear with the green dot. I mean, it was impressive, but there's still room to grow. They'll all tell you that."
