The Raiders were defeated by the Cowboys by a score of 20-17, to bring Oakland to 6-8 on the year with two games remaining on the 2017 schedule.
The loss gives the Silver and Black a 6-6 record in the all-time series against Dallas and extends the Cowboys' winning streak over the Raiders to three games. The Raiders' last victory over the Cowboys came on Oct. 2, 2005 in Oakland.
The Raiders are now 1-2 against the NFC East this season, with their final game against the division coming on Christmas against the Philadelphia Eagles.
The Raiders are now 19-20 in Sunday Night Football contests.

QB Derek Carr became the fifth quarterback in NFL history to pass for 100 touchdowns through his first four seasons.
WR Michael Crabtree became the first Raiders wide receiver since Tim Brown (1994-96) to record at least eight touchdown receptions in three consecutive seasons.
DE Khalil Mack recorded two sacks to bring his career total to 40.5, passing Chester McGlockton for fifth-most in franchise history.
CB Sean Smith recorded two interceptions, marking the first time a Raider has done so since Charles Woodson on Oct. 11, 2015.
For the first time in 2017, the Raiders recorded an interception in back-to-back games when CB Sean Smith picked off QB Dak Prescott on the opening drive of the ball game.
The Raiders' rushing attack accounted for 122 yards on 23 carries (5.3 avg.), marking the eighth game this season the team has surpassed 100 yards on the ground.
The Raiders' defense held the Cowboys to just a 20.0 percent (2-of-10) conversion rate on third down tonight. Coming into today, the Cowboys ranked fourth in the NFL, averaging a third-down conversion rate of 44.8 percent.
QB Derek Carr
Carr took off for a 32-yard rush to set up the Raiders' first touchdown of the game. Carr's 32-yard run marks his longest since Week 2 of his rookie season when he recorded a 41-yard run against Houston.
Carr capped an 11-play, 90-yard scoring drive lasting 6:57 with a 2-yard touchdown pass to WR Michael Crabtree.
Carr extended his touchdown streak to 15 games with his 2-yard toss.
Carr's touchdown pass was his 100th of his career, becoming the fourth Raider in franchise history to toss for at least 100 career scores. Carr reached 100 passing touchdowns in just 60 games, the quickest in club history.
Carr became the fifth quarterback in NFL history to pass for 100 career scores in his first four seasons, joining Dan Marino, Peyton Manning, Russell Wilson and Andrew Luck.
Carr's second touchdown of the night, a 2-yard score to Crabtree, he capped a 10-play, 53-yard drive lasting 5:10 to tie the game at 17 apiece.
Carr's touchdown was his second of the night, and marked his 30th career multi-touchdown game. Thirty such games through his first four seasons tied him for sixth-most in NFL history through four years (Jeff Garcia and Kurt Warner).
Carr eclipse 3,000 yards on the season, becoming the sixth quarterback in NFL history to pass for 3,000 yards in each of his first four seasons. Carr joined Andy Dalton, Peyton Manning, Russell Wilson, Cam Newton and Ryan Tannehill.
Carr has now recorded four straight season with 20 touchdowns and 3,000 yards, tying Rich Gannon for the most such seasons in franchise history.
Carr completed 21-of-38 passes for 171 yards with two touchdowns against zero interceptions for a passer rating of 84.4.
WR Michael Crabtree
Crabtree put the Raiders on the board, capping off an 11-play, 90-yard drive lasting 6:57 with a 2-yard touchdown receptions from QB Derek Carr. The score marked the 50th of his career.
Crabtree hauled in his second touchdown of the night with another 2-yard grab, which culminated a 10-play, 53-yard drive lasting 5:10 to tie the game in the fourth quarter.
Crabtree has eight touchdowns on the season, making him the first Raiders since Tim Brown (1994-96) to record at least eight touchdowns in three straight seasons.
The two touchdown receptions brings Crabtree's career total to 51. Crabtree's 25 touchdowns with the Raiders rank fifth among active players since 2015.
Crabtree finished with seven receptions for 39 yards (5.6 avg.) with two touchdowns.
DE Khalil Mack
With 6:46 left, Mack sacked QB Dak Prescott for a loss of five yards, marking his fifth straight game with a sack.
Mack recorded his second sack of the night when he brought down Prescott for a three yard loss. The sack marked his ninth multi-sack game in his career, tied for the most in club history through a player's first four seasons.
Mack's two takedowns brings his career total to 40 .5 sacks, passing Chester McGlockton for most in franchise history. That feat took McGlockton 90 games to reach, while Mack did so in just 62 contests.
Mack joined Von Miller and Chandler Jones as the only players to record at least 10 sacks in each of the last three seasons.
Mack is just the 25th player in NFL history to record at least 40 sacks in his first four seasons. Mack's 17.0 sacks in the month of December since entering the NFL in 2014 lead the NFL.
Mack ended with six tackles (five solo) and two sacks for a loss of eight yards.
**CB Sean Smith
On the opening drive of the night, Smith interception QB Dak Prescott at Oakland's 22-yard line and returned it eight yards.
Smith recorded his second interception of the night midway through the third quarter, making him the first Raider to record two interceptions in a game since Charles Woodson did so on Oct. 11, 2015.
Smith's performance marked his second game of his career with two interceptions, the first coming on Sept. 20, 2012 when he was with Miami.
Smith's picks are the third and fourth of the season for the Raiders, as well as his third and fourth as a member of the Silver and Black. Additionally, Smith has now recorded at least one interception in eight consecutive seasons.
Smith ended the night with three tackles, two interceptions and two passes defensed.
LB NaVorro Bowmanled the team with nine tackles, marking the seventh time he's done so in his eight games with the Raiders this season.
DT Treyvon Hestermade his first career NFL start and recorded one tackle before exiting the game with an ankle injury in the first quarter.
P Marquette King punted the ball four times for 182 yards (45.5 avg.) with a net average of 41.8. King pinned the Cowboys inside their 20-yard line once.
RB Marshawn Lynchrecorded a team high 16 rushes for 76 yards (4.8 avg.). His 76 yards are tied for the second most of the season.
WR Cordarrelle Patterson recorded season highs with four kickoff returns for 103 yards (25.8 avg.), including a long of 44 yards.
T Donald Penn extended his starting streak to 170 games, the longest active streak in the NFL among offensive lineman. Penn exited the game in the first quarter with a foot injury and did not return.
