Each week leading up to the NFL Draft, Raiders.com will compile the latest mock drafts from top analysts and take a look at who they're predicting the Silver and Black will select with the No. 1 overall pick.
With less than a month to go, take a look at the latest No. 1 pick projections as well as a few predictions for the Raiders' second and third-round picks.
Round 1 Pick: Fernando Mendoza, QB, Indiana
Analysis: "The Raiders worked hard in free agency to beef up the roster around Mendoza, specifically landing the best available offensive lineman in center Tyler Linderbaum. One area Mendoza will need to work on is being under center. He did that just 3% of the time in 2025; NFL teams played under center on 34.9% of snaps in 2025."
Round 2 Pick: Kayden McDonald, DT, Ohio State
Analysis: "Under new defensive coordinator Rob Leonard, the Raiders are expected to a play 3-4 defense. There is no better option to anchor that scheme than McDonald, who is the best run stuffer in this class and also added 3.0 sacks in 2025. He is rugged at the point of attack, using his powerful hands to control interior offensive linemen."

Pick: Fernando Mendoza, QB, Indiana
Analysis: "This is a slam dunk. All mock drafters will get this one right. He is the guy to turn that franchise around."

Pick: Fernando Mendoza, QB, Indiana
Analysis: "The last pit stop on Mendoza's march to the No. 1 pick is Indiana's pro day on April 1. Fittingly, you'd have to be a fool to put much stock in what the Heisman Trophy winner does that day given what he demonstrated throughout the Hoosiers' national title run. But it'll at least make for some pre-draft fodder and give Raiders fans another glimpse at their future signal-caller."

Pick: Fernando Mendoza, QB, Indiana
Analysis: "The Raiders seem locked in on drafting Fernando Mendoza with the No. 1 selection, but we won't know for sure until the pick clock nears zero. You don't want or need to read more about this, but here are some of Mendoza's stable-metric percentiles in 2025: 84th-percentile clean-pocket grade, 93rd-percentile standard dropback grade, 84th-percentile first and second down grade, 95th-percentile play-action grade and 90th-percentile negatively graded play rate."

Pick: Fernando Mendoza, QB, Indiana
Analysis: "Klint Kubiak's system (he's from the Shanahan tree) is built on precision, timing, and anticipation. The wide zone run game—often from under center—drives the offense and sets up play-action. Quick processing is essential, along with the ability to layer throws over the middle (crossers, seams, over routes). That aligns with what Mendoza does best."
Date: March 22
Round 1 Pick: Fernando Mendoza, QB, Indiana
Round 2 Pick: Germie Bernard, WR, Alabama
Round 3 Pick: Austin Barber, OT, Florida
Analysis: "The Raiders need help everywhere. However, if we're assuming Mendoza is a lock at No. 1, then finding ways to protect and make him comfortable should be the next priority.
"I've loved the fit between a Mendoza-led Raiders offense and Bernard for a while now. Bernard is one of the most quarterback-friendly receivers in the 2026 draft class and would help provide an immediate safety net to develop alongside Mendoza. The Alabama pass catcher is a savvy, quick and dependable route runner who would complement Brock Bowers very well."
Date: March 21
Round 1 Pick: Fernando Mendoza, QB, Indiana
Analysis: "The Raiders have drafted just three quarterbacks in the first round since the AFL-NFL merger: Marc Wilson (15th overall pick, 1980), Todd Marinovich (24th, 1991) and JaMarcus Russell (1st, 2007). Mendoza's intelligence and ability to step up in the clutch should end the team's inability to find a franchise signal-caller in Round 1."
Round 2 Pick: De'Zhaun Stribling, WR, Mississippi
Round 3 Pick: Davison Igbinosun, CB, Ohio State
Date: March 20
Pick: Fernando Mendoza, QB, Indiana
Analysis: "This pick has felt locked in for weeks, if not months. Mendoza needs a stronger supporting cast overall, and it will be fascinating to see how much he can elevate the unit. That said, free-agent signee Tyler Linderbaum appears to be the ideal shepherd at center."
Date: March 19
Pick: Fernando Mendoza, QB, Indiana
Analysis: "No one's considering alternatives for Las Vegas. The Tyler Linderbaum signing supports the assumption that Fernando Mendoza will be the No. 1 overall pick, as a veteran center is a huge benefit for a young quarterback. The Raiders need a quarterback, and there's a player worthy of that selection."
Date: March 19
Pick: Fernando Mendoza, QB, Indiana
Analysis: "There hasn't been much drama around the first pick of the NFL Draft in recent years, and that doesn't change in 2026. Mendoza has probably already started looking at houses in the Las Vegas area."
