Each week leading up to the NFL Draft, Raiders.com will compile the latest mock drafts from top analysts and take a look at who they're predicting the Silver and Black will select with the No. 1 overall pick.
As draft month approaches, take a look at the latest No. 1 pick projections as well as a few predictions for the Raiders' second and third-round picks.
Round 1 Pick: Fernando Mendoza, QB, Indiana
Analysis: "As soon as the Raiders were locked in with the first overall pick, they were expected to select a quarterback, and Mendoza is the clear QB1. Mendoza is a smart, accurate, poised quarterback with enough arm talent and mobility to be a threat, but his trademark is his ability to layer the ball as a thrower to the right spot for his receivers. He threw an FBS-high 41 touchdown passes and just six interceptions last season en route to a Heisman Trophy and national championship."
Round 2 Pick: Denzel Boston, WR, Washington
Analysis: "Boston slips through the cracks in this mock draft due to team needs, but he would be a true WR1 in Las Vegas and a perfect pairing with Mendoza. The 6-foot-4, 212-pound Boston caught 11 touchdown passes in 2025 and can win the 50-50 balls that Mendoza excelled with at Indiana."
Round 3 Pick: Kage Casey, OT, Boise State
Analysis: "The Raiders allowed a league-high 64 sacks in 2025. Signing center Tyler Linderbaum will help a ton, but reinforcements are needed at guard and swing tackle."
Date: March 30
Round 1 Pick: Fernando Mendoza, QB, Indiana
Analysis: "I know there's been some conversation in the media about whether Ty Simpson can challenge Mendoza for QB1. Maybe in 2-3 years, but not by late April. This is as close to a sure thing as you're going to get."
Round 2 Pick: Avieon Terrell, CB, Clemson
Round 3 Pick: Jeremiah Wright, OL, Auburn
Date: March 30
Pick: Fernando Mendoza, QB, Indiana
Analysis: "Mendoza has been the overwhelming favorite to go No. 1 for months. At this point, it would be shocking if the Raiders were to go in another direction. Tom Brady's public praise of Mendoza's game and leadership only adds to the sense that Las Vegas views him as the franchise quarterback to build around."
Date: March 27
Pick: Fernando Mendoza, QB, Indiana
Analysis: "As long as Tom Brady does not decide to add STARTING QB to his list of daily tasks, a new era for the Raiders begins with Mendoza."
Date: March 26
Pick: Fernando Mendoza, QB, Indiana
Analysis: "No one's considering alternatives for Las Vegas. The Tyler Linderbaum signing supports the assumption that Fernando Mendoza will be the No. 1 overall pick, as a veteran center is a huge benefit for a young quarterback. The Raiders need a quarterback, and there's a player worthy of that selection."
Date: March 26
Pick: Fernando Mendoza, QB, Indiana
Analysis: "Fernando Mendoza is the clear-cut first overall pick after leading the country in touchdown passes, winning the 2025 Heisman Trophy and powering Indiana to its first football national championship. The Raiders have clearly operated this offseason with his selection in mind."
Date: March 25
Pick: Fernando Mendoza, QB, Indiana
Analysis: "With a flurry of free-agent signings upgrading the roster and Maxx Crosby remaining in silver and black, Mendoza could spark a quicker-than-expected rise to prominence for the Raiders."
Date: March 24
