Raiders 2026 Mock Draft Tracker 9.0

26_Mock-Draft-Web_v9

Each week leading up to the NFL Draft, Raiders.com will compile the latest mock drafts from top analysts and take a look at who they're predicting the Silver and Black will select with the No. 1 overall pick.

As we count down the days to the draft, take a look at the latest No. 1 pick projections as well as a few predictions for the Raiders' second and third-round picks.

Round 1 Pick: Fernando Mendoza, QB, Indiana

Analysis: "Not only does this pairing feel like a lock, but Las Vegas' addition of Kirk Cousins makes the situation Mendoza is about to enter that much better. Mendoza still will have a chance to start as a rookie, but either way, he'll be able to pick the brain of a proven veteran — one who will be more than gracious with sharing knowledge. This was a good fit before; it feels like a great one now."

Round 2 Pick: Omar Cooper Jr., WR, Indiana

Round 3 Pick: Caleb Tiernan, OT, Northwestern

Date: April 6

Pick: Fernando Mendoza, QB, Indiana

Analysis: "He put a nice exclamation point on his college career as the Hoosiers wrapped up pro day season last week. There's no doubt that national championship-winning Heisman Trophy winner will be the Silver and Black's choice to resurrect their franchise – though he may not have to try and do it right away now that Kirk Cousins has joined the fold in Sin City."

Date: April 6

Pick: Fernando Mendoza, QB, Indiana

Analysis: "The idea that he isn't the best quarterback in this class is misguided. He will -- and should -- be the pick by the Raiders."

Date: April 6

Pick: Fernando Mendoza, QB, Indiana

Analysis: "As we close in on the final few weeks before the draft, the conversation is shifting from whether Mendoza will go first overall to how long it will take before he claims the starting role in Klint Kubiak's offense."

Date: April 6

Round 1 Pick: Fernando Mendoza, QB, Indiana

Analysis: "I think pairing Mendoza and Kirk Cousins in the same QB room will go swimmingly. The reigning Heisman Trophy winner's game features a mix of Cousins' personality and pocket poise, and the athleticism and intelligence of former No. 1 pick Alex Smith."

Round 2 Pick: Caleb Lomu, OT, Utah

Round 3 Pick: A.J. Haulcy, S, LSU

Date: April 3

Round 1 Pick: Fernando Mendoza, QB, Indiana

Analysis: "No one is considering alternatives for Las Vegas. The Tyler Linderbaum signing supports the assumption that Fernando Mendoza will be the No. 1 overall pick, as a veteran center is a major benefit for a young quarterback. The Raiders need a quarterback, and there is a player worthy of that selection."

Round 2 Pick: Blake Miller, OT, Clemson

Round 3 Pick: Chris Bell, WR, Louisville

Date: April 2

Pick: Fernando Mendoza, QB, Indiana

Analysis: "No surprises here. The Raiders have been linked to Mendoza for months, and they acted accordingly in free agency, investing in the unit tasked with keeping the young QB upright. Mendoza will have a lot on his plate (though, perhaps not right away), but as he proved last season when he led Indiana to a national title, he's built for the pressure."

Date: April 2

Round 1 Pick: Fernando Mendoza, QB, Indiana

Analysis: "Should we just start mock drafts at No. 2 at this point? The Raiders need a quarterback solution, and Mendoza has the tools to be a franchise guy. Lock it in."

Round 2 Pick: Christen Miller, DT, Georgia

Analysis: "The Raiders will move to more of a 3-4 defense under new coordinator Rob Leonard, which will require disciplined and sturdy defensive linemen for the interior. Miller is exactly that."

Round 3 Pick: Skyler Bell, WR, UConn

Analysis: "Bell has plenty of alignment versatility and showcases the consistent hands to be a reliable contributor early in his career. Fernando Mendoza will need more playmakers."

Date: April 2

Pick: Fernando Mendoza, QB, Indiana

Analysis: "This is quite the rocket-ship ride from a two-star recruit ranked the 140th-best quarterback in the Class of 2022 to the first pick of the draft. Along the way, the Miami native, initially committed to Yale, progressed from throwing 30 touchdowns and 16 interceptions in two seasons at Cal to posting a 41-to-6 TD-to-INT ratio while leading Indiana to a 16-0 season and the national title."

Date: April 1
