Raiders sign G Spencer Burford

HENDERSON, Nev. – The Las Vegas Raiders have signed unrestricted free agent G Spencer Burford, the club announced Tuesday.

Burford, a 6-foot-4, 300-pound offensive lineman, joins the Raiders after spending the first four seasons of his career with the San Francisco 49ers. Originally a fourth-round selection (134th overall) by San Francisco in the 2022 NFL Draft, he has appeared in 56 games with 38 starts during his career. He started 29 games over his first two seasons in the NFL and most recently started nine games at left guard in 2025.

A native of San Antonio, Texas, Burford appeared in 45 games with 43 starts in four years (2018-21) at Texas-San Antonio. He helped UTSA to a 12-2 record and Conference USA title as a senior in 2021 and was a three-time All-Conference USA selection during his collegiate career.
