"There are still a lot of things we need to improve on. ... I was proud of the way… Guys, they just kept fighting. They kept competing. I think any time you're able to get a win, I think it's a positive for your football team. So there are a lot of things we've got to learn from, but it's a lot better to do that after a win." - Raiders Head Coach Dennis Allen

PACKERS AT-A-GLANCE

Overview: Head Coach Mike McCarthy, now in his ninth season as head coach, looks to lead the Green Bay Packers to the playoffs for the sixth consecutive year in 2014. McCarthy has posted an 82-45-1 (.646) career record in the regular season, and his 6-5 mark in the postseason includes a victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers in Super Bowl XLV. McCarthy's Packers are winners of four NFC North Division titles since 2007, including the last three. In 2013, Green Bay finished 8-7-1 on their way to a Wild Card loss at the hands of the San Francisco 49ers.

Offense:Tenth-year QB Aaron Rodgerslooks to rebound from a 2013 campaign hampered by a broken collarbone suffered in Week 9, which caused him to miss seven games. Rodgers still led the team in passing, completing 193-of-290 attempts (66.6 percent) for 17 TDs and six INTs with a rating of 104.9; that passer rating equals his career mark, the best in NFL history. WR Jordy Nelsonlooks to secure his role as the No. 1 receiver following a 1,314-yard (15.5 avg.), eight-TD season. WR Randall Cobb, who caught 31 passes for 433 yards (14.0 avg.) and four TDs in 2013, will complement Nelson in the passing game. RB Eddie Lacy, the team's leading rusher, had a breakout rookie season last year, rushing for 1,178 yards on 284 attempts (4.1 avg.) and 11 TDs.

Defense:The Packers' defensive unit is built around four-time Pro Bowler LB Clay Matthews, now in his sixth NFL season. Matthews and DE Mike Danielsbrought tons of pressure last season, ranking first and second on the team in sacks with 7.5 and 6.5, respectively. Ninth-year LB A.J. Hawkwas the leading tackler on the team a year ago with 118 stops (74 solo). CB Sam Shieldsled the Packers with four INTs, one more than fellow CB Tramon Williams.
