Veteran Raiderette Alicia was named Raiderette of the Week for 2012 Preseason Week 1.

"My favorite moment is at the end of every season looking up into the stands soaking up each and every moment of everything going on around me. The grass, the paint, the coaches, the team, my smiling teammates and of course The Raider Nation FANS! The last few games are always so climactic.
"You never know if that is the final time you will be ever be down on the field.
"I reminisce the entirety of the season in one breath thinking, 'I wouldn't want to be anywhere else in the world right now.'"
